Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as we try to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be rejected. You can still return your order for a full refund after you receive it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and discount periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 7 -14 days to arrive depending on your location.

Are all prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices on BabyFlutter include VAT.

How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you have received an item that is defective, incorrect or damaged, please contact us. Please include your order number, photos of the item and all relevant information when receiving your package. We will do our utmost to help you as soon as possible.

How can I place an order?
You can place an order by selecting the desired product. On the product page you can add the item to your shopping cart. Complete your order and proceed to checkout by clicking on the shopping cart icon. Fill in your details and make the payment. You can pay at BabyFlutter via iDeal, Klarna, credit card and more payment options.
